Roger studied business at Cranfield Business School, Loughborough, Staffordshire and Wolverhampton Universities. Gaining an MBA he studied and worked with world famous international businesses in England, America, Germany & Czechoslovakia. Having held a number of Directorships, working in Public & Private Sectors. Ultimately as ‘management trouble shooter’ in a range of businesses including engineering, manufacturing, retail, ‘not for profit’ and service industries. Managed many company restructures and reorganizations specializing in ‘change management’ before moving into consultancy. Is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute with a first degree in Building Construction. He is currently Midlands Regional Chairman of the Association of Preservation Trusts, a Trustee of West Midlands Historic Building Trust and Chairman of the Waterways Craft Guild.
